Since the “Twelfth Five-Year Plan”, Jinan Longshan Carbon Co., Ltd. has insisted on strengthening the two-way drive of energy-saving management and energy-saving technology innovation, tapping the potential of energy conservation, and promoting the substantial increase in energy utilization.

In terms of energy conservation management,  the first is to set up an energy management team with the general manager as the leader and the heads of various departments as members. Regular research on energy conservation will be carried out to promote the implementation of various energy conservation measures. Second, strict implementation of energy conservation target responsibility system will save energy. The target layer is decomposed and included in the performance evaluation of all employees; the third is to actively complete the enterprise energy management system certification work, in accordance with the "Energy Management System Requirements" (GB/T23331), establish a practical energy management system and operate in an orderly manner The company's energy management level.

In the aspect of energy-saving technology innovation, we actively adopt new energy-saving technologies, products and processes. Among them, the investment of 20 million yuan to implement the energy-saving renovation project in the contract energy management mode, after the operation can achieve an annual energy saving of 1572.12 tons of standard coal. At the same time, increase the company's energy-saving special funds investment, arrange energy-saving incentive funds of 15,000 yuan, used to reward departments and individuals who have achieved excellent results in energy-saving inventions, energy-saving potential tapping and other work.
