On July 7, Liu Bingjiang, Director of the Ministry of Environmental Protection, led a team to Jinan Longshan Carbon Co., Ltd. to investigate the carbon industry's implementation of environmental impact assessment, three simultaneous emissions and total pollutant emission reduction work.
