Second, the construction content

1. The project uses the existing comprehensive warehouse to transform two new ring-type roasters, which optimize the structural design, make the volatiles burn more fully, and the furnace temperature distribution is more uniform; through the use of high-temperature insulation materials and Optimize the insulation design to reduce the heat loss in the furnace; design the size of the tank according to the model of the prebaked anode, increase the volume ratio of the tank, and reduce the energy consumption accordingly. In addition, the roaster combustion device and the automatic temperature control system are updated to achieve precise control of the furnace temperature, which not only ensures product quality but also saves a lot of energy.

2. New roasting multi-functional units, automatic grouping and automatic de-grouping (supporting automatic cleaning) to achieve automation optimization, improve work efficiency and reduce dust-free tissue emissions.

3. Two high-efficiency vertical electric tar catchers are connected in series to remove asphalt smoke more effectively; the flue gas after electric trapping process enters the existing desulfurization and wet electric dedusting system, ensuring stable roasting of flue gas. emission.
